The cooker itself works very well. The pot heats evenly, the nonstick surface is good quality, and the capacity is exactly what I needed. Just a note for anyone comparing sizes: the “cups” used in the listing are the standard **180 ml rice cups**, not full measuring cups. My only issue was with the delivery estimate. The order page said it would arrive the next day, but it actually showed up **four days later**. Not a deal‑breaker, but worth mentioning. Overall, happy with the cooker’s performance.

good big rice cooker but when you want to make a full recipe it is hard not to overcook bottom (got to open and stir often) but makes a lot of rice quickly

Bought in April, stopped working in September. This product suck!!

It's great rice cooker but it will only cook 25 cup of rice maybe 27 cup but not 32 cup as it says i try to cook 30 cup but the top of the rice comes out not cooked when i try to keep it longer the rice keeps growing and touching the top part of the cooker and didn't get cooked

Last week I ordered 9L Rice cooker and they sent to me 4.2L They still keeping me wait more than week on talking to return and I couldn’t wait so then I paid for another one today it’s arrived with wrong size again I can’t believe 🙄 That’s too bad service I will not order from them any more and will not recommend for any one from my big community

Not happy with the size

I didn’t expect this cooker is that small. It’s tells 46 cups however it’s won’t cooked even 15 cups

Hello Team - I am extremely diappointed with the service, I had ordered 15 liter but you sent me 10 L in delivery.

The rice cooker did not fully cook the rice after numerous attempts (watery and hard rice). Despite numerous, written return requests to Vevor's Customer Support team, I was unable to secure a return or full refund. Terrible product and awful customer service.

This is misleading. The product we received is 3.6L and 20 cups, not 9L or 45 cups!
