Excellent piece of equipment for the money! Works great, sturdy, is a great value.. I compared it to other tenderizers and it was far less money for the same features.

Very good machine, saving 80% of manpower. In the past, it took 3 people to spend 1 hour, but now it takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

This is a no-nonsense piece of machinery. It does what it is supposed to do and it works like a charm every time I plug it in and fire it up!! The price was right, the quality is good, and my families chicken fried steak are fabulous!!

I wanted this to work. Currently we beat our meat for several minutes worth a rolling pin to flatten the chicken breasts to a consistent size. This was going to save our wrists and reduce the spray. Unfortunately, i cannot fit any breasts into the slot. Not even close. If it were wider or adjustable, this would be a huge time saver.

This machine I started using couple of days ago. When used it it sounds like something is stuck around the motor area. Making lot of noice. I am attaching the video of the machine.

Mine makes noise and dropping metal. But it's a great machine I just want a replacement. Could have been just a defective one

Nobody help you with the parts warranty

The item did not come with all the accessories as pictured. Reached out to customer service support and told it did not come with the tray as in the picture and there is nothing they could do. Misleading advertising!!
