I ordered my Commercial juicer from Vevor from the first time. They communicated well by emails n kept me informed . The product looks exactly the same as in pictures. Have not yet tried it..but machine looks sturdy n good! Thanks

We used the juicer. It juiced well but we found that gasket seal that sealed juicing area leaked. I have tried for many days and many times to try and buy spares, but no useful help to allow me to purchase two blade and two stainless filter and two new replacement gaskets. Al, I got was automated responses without any useful or helpful advice how and where to order the spares I wanted, and no advice how to pay for items I needed. . Could not talk to an assistant, and I asked if they had an Australian office I can contact. No reply, then they said if I dont finalise things, they will terminate further correspondence. I was going to buy other Vevor products, but now I am very reluctant as it seems they have very poor service and parts supply back up..
