I purchased this blender on Jan 22 of 2026. It is now June and it started smoking and cut off. It will not turn back on. I also purchased and extended 1 year warranty. I have contacted them several times and only got a response once in the beginning. To be a member with a warranty I am extremely upset at the course of this matter and the durability. This was suppose to be a heavy duty mixer and we only use it to blend ingredients (liquid , oils, and powders) which are fluid and not thick. So I do not understand why this is taking so long or why after only a few uses (we only use it to process large orders )

My machine is not working properly I just bought 2 months ago I m client form your company Last 5 year I did requsted a week ago but there is no solution Complained did a week ago 28 may 48 hours gone Because of this machine I lost my work

Dopo pochi minuti di funzionamento il tasto per abilitare il funzionamento in automatico senza dover terene premuto altri tasti ha smesso di funzionare.

I ordered this item online. It was shipped fast and promptly. But I never received it. The shipping service delivered it to the wrong address. I don’t know where they delivered it and neither does the shipping service. They don’t take a delivery confirmation picture nor got a delivery signature. When I complained all I got is a run around and in the end a simple “sorry” was my final resolution. They wouldn’t even resend me the item to replace the missing item. This sucks. I’m a small business and can’t afford to replace it.

Ich habe den stabmixer vor circa 4-5 Wochen gekauft. Ich habe ihn nur 2-3 mal benutzt und er geht einfach nicht mehr an. Ich habe Vevor kontaktiert aber habe seit 3 Tagen keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich finde es eine Frechheit für diesen Preis einen Artikel zu erhalten der gefühlt nach 2 mal benutzen defekt ist und der Anbieter nicht auf Nachrichten reagiert. Nein danke

Order was sent back twice due to delivery service unable to locate address. Vevor should consider using a different carrier that knows how to use Google maps. These failed deliveries put my business in distress by not having the necessary tools for an elongated period of time. I consistently receive deliveries to this address for other companies with zero issues.

It never tuned up .Very disappointed. wont use this company again.
