How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Richboro Coffee Fits the bill perfectly
When I opened our coffee shop 8 years ago I bought a $2000 Ice-O-Matic (IOM). It worked fine until water leaked into the electric system and POOF! This unit is PERFECT for our small shop. It took a little work but I was able to connect it to the same water line as the IOM, but I keep the water flow at about 1/3 of full. I set the timer at add 8 minutes - perfect! The cubes come out as a block but can be easily split into block of 4 to 6 small cubies. There fit perfectly in our glassware. I wish I had purchased this 8 years ago and saved $1500+!
