We used food processor first time yesterday and it stopped working after 15 mins. We have to stop for 15-20 mins and then it starts again only for about 15 mins and stops working again. We can foul smell from back as well.

I have ordered it and supposed to be arrived on the 14th of August, didn't get any notification for the delivery. They end up delivered in the wrong address, I have tried to contacted the freight company, they said contact the seller . The seller said waiting for the freight . Worst experience ever .

FedEx delivered the food processor to us yesterday. Unfortunately, when we opened the box, we saw that it was dented and damaged all over. It looked like it had been used before. We couldn’t tell if the dents were caused by you or by FedEx. We don’t want to use it in this condition. And we need this food processor very urgently. If you could bring a new one and take the old one back, we’d be very grateful. Or, if you have a location near Surrey or Burnaby, we could come pick it up. I’ve sent the photos in a separate email. Terrible customer service. Very slow response. Selling a $1000 faulty item. Requested to replace or refund but asked me to fix it myself electrical jobs. NEVER NEVER NEVER again!!!
