This thing is AMAZING. I had the attachment for the popular mixer and that took a very long time to grind. This thing tore through 15 lbs of pork shoulder in a few minutes. This paired with a vevor sausage (we got the 5 lb model) and made a bunch of cheddar jalapeño sausage that the kids are already asking when we are making more. With how easy this obstinate up, use, and clean we will not be waiting as long as we did with our old setup.
