This item works well does not fit all springs. It does fit the rears springs on a 2007 Lexus RX 350 it did not fit the front springs on the same vehicle. We had to pull out Old faithful my Eastwood that holds three size spring compressors. I still haven’t figured out what the chain was for and there’s really nothing in the instructions. I guess this is normal.
