The product is probably OK, BUT it's not what I wanted or needed, so have thrown out! The way it was preseneted on line did not say it was made of plastic? descriptions says: "...VEVOR Chair Mat, 765 x 1215 mm ..." Velor is not "plastic" in Australia. Velor is soft, like a carpet which is what I wanted.

The item is folded in half for shipping (can be seen in pictures). It split along this fold after a few months of normal use. Not recommended.

Too small for regular deskchair.

Cracked within 2 weeks. I have a regular chair, I am 175lbs, I am in it for less than 5 hours a day. This is the second one I had as the first one cracked upon delivery. Do not recommend.

Maybe it's on me, but I assumed it would have the little grippy teeth to hold it in place. It's slick as glass, even with a chair on it.

Mat cracked and broke after first week of use

Ordered March 2. Never received. Tracking stopped at Liberty, MO carrier facility on March 5. System falsely marked as 'Delivered.' Filed a support ticket — no real response. Avoid if you expect actual delivery or customer service.
