Right out of the box, it wouldn’t turn on. I thought maybe it just needed charging, so I left it plugged in for almost three hours. Still nothing—no lights, no sound, no sign of life at all. Dies would not fit together making it unusable. Looking at the press it is low quality with no quality control. Wanted a refund but they insisted sending replacement dies. Dies were out of stock and after a month wait the dies arrived with same issue. I'm just giving up at this point waisting no more time with these jokers. Complete waste of money!

Traté y Traté con todo lo que me decía elmanual y nada, no pude hacerla funcionar con las tapas de plástico, y viene muy débil la presión, funcionó ligeramente con las tapas de metal pero era un 50/50 los que funcionaban.

Have not received product, have emailed company twice and no response at this point, very, very disappointed.

I purchased this for my daughter’s Christmas present, she has really been wanting one. After checking reviews, I decided on this one. The unit did not work. I asked to send it back for a new one, but they asked for a video. I was unable to send a video, so I sent a picture. They so kindly kept replying telling me to check the user guide and really brushing me off. I had an engineer friend take a look at the unit, he added a spacer to the second die and now it’s working fine. So if you don’t have an engineer friend, you might want to purchase elsewhere. They do not help at all, you can’t call a phone number and they give you a very, very hard time on returning or exchanging. So now it’s fixed, on my own time and I’m just about out of pins in trying to fix it. I would not recommend this product or this company.
