Such a great machine and so easy to use; great for small home projects and community events where lots of badges are made in a small amount of time.

This is amazing. Great quality and so much fun. It was a gift for our 12 year olds birthday and they love it very much. Great quality and fast service. Highly recommend.

First off I'm very happy that it arrived early. Second it is very easy and simple to set up. It is heavy duty and sturdy. My first try, I mess up because I didn't push all the way down, for the back to snap in. But I tried it again and push, all the way down and it snapped in. There I had the perfect pin. I would recommend this product. I'm a happy customer.

I received the product today. It looks like a solid product, but I struggled to understand the "installation" steps due to poor translation. When I finally reached the final step of installing the positioning screws, the image and provided videos showed installing it by using only fingers. However, that method was impossible. The package did include two allen wrenches, and I had only used the small one so far. The large one was at least 10 times too big to use for installing the positioning screws, but its presence gave me a hint that an allen wrench of the correct size might aid me in completing the assembly. After finding the correct, tiny allen wrench in my own tool box, I was able to finish. TLDR; huge allen wrench was included and not needed; tiny allen wrench was needed and not included; instructions neglect to mention need for allen wrench to install positioning screws.

Like product just cannot find info below. Works well, but having difficulty getting replacements such as buttons. Also can not find out if other dyes can be added to this machine. Can we use 3" buttons vs 5 mm buttons??

The machine is not a quality build. Fortunately they send tools with the purchase. You will soon find out why. Once you have the machine adjusted right it does well, but it is a challenge to keep it in one piece. I am satisfied with my machine now, but would not recommend it to anyone who is an mechanically inclined.

Honestly, I am not impressed with this product. I had to get a second one sent to me because the first one was so poorly made that parts did not align and therefore it did not work. The second one one was better but still is hit or miss with producing a button that is in tract and made properly. I would not recommend this machine to others. However, the company was very nice to send me a second one and did not give me a hard time.

Arrived late. arrived damanged. customer service was slow to respond and then kept trying to cancel the correspondence. Product was taken to a local repair shop to have 3 parts fixed before it would work. partial refund was a total rip-off. Ultimately the machine - once parts are not broken - works pretty well (if you're careful it works about 95% of the time) but I can't give this a good review based on the overall experience.

I bought this for the kids because they wanted a button maker that was larger than the one we have. The other button maker is simple and quick to use, and the kids can crank out buttons all day. This one is **extremely** finicky. Everything has to line up with zero margin for error, and the instructions are useless when it comes to the nuances of alignment. We eventually figured it out, but it took a few dozen failed buttons to get it down. I regret the purchase and don't recommend it.
