It came broken. Customer support isn't great. I have to re-send them a picture. I already sent a video, but I guess they can't find it. I told them to send me a return label, because I wanted to return it, but they won't let me unless I send them a picture.

A maquina no geral funciona mas os tempos de entrega são terriveis. Tive 15 dias a espera da encomenda do pior mesmo.

Works for the most part but the 25mm( 1 inch) badges are awful. More than half of the ones I tried to make broke.

The instructions that came with this are not that great. Use have to install a couple of things for setup. The pictures that they have to accompany it don't show much detail because they are so dark. The circle cutters are plastic and not that sturdy. So far we have only tried the 32mm and the results are not consistent. The plastic film to go over the artwork did not properly setup 4 out of the 4 tries and the backing was successful 2 times. Because of the success I would think the smallest size would be even more difficult to make. Going to use the cricut to cut out the circles for future projects. The machine seems sturdy enough for repeated use. The plastic backs don't seem as sturdy for long time use as the metal ones. Only time will tell but overall not disappointed with this purchase.

Machine qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 2, pour les grands badges ça ne tient pas même si on fait bien la manipulation le badge se détache très facilement, mais sinon pour les plus petit je n'ai pas eu ce problème. N'hésitez pas à regarder des tutos pour comprendre comment la machine fonctionne car la notice n'est pas très claire

I cannot get the pins to be horizontal. It is a sliding type. I cannot find help anywhere to remedy this.

The maker was easy to assemble that part was great. When I ordered the maker I also ordered supplies to make both bottle opener button keychains and mirror button keychains. Image my surprise and disappointment as I sat down to start making my project only to find the maker doesn't have a slot cut out for keychain blanks. I could not believe it. I immediately started looking for a number to call Vevor to ask about interchangeable part but they had NO number to call you can only send a message.

Product looks very nice. And works well. The problem is have is that the medium (32mm) dye set doesn't work well,the plastic cover on every pin is not fully connected. Also the i can tell that this is a used product. Two of the dyes have damage to them. Pieces of them have been broke and glued back together. So now I worry I will have to replace the dye.

Le plus grand format ne marche pas... Pas de la meilleure qualité. Nombreuses capsules pliées à la réception donc inutilisable. Les formats plus petits fonctionnent bien. Le rendu est très sympa. Donc produit qui pourrait être largement amélioré.
