Customer service is terrible.
I bought this throttle control because on the pictures it showed it like a right hand control and no where did it say it was a left handed control. It didn’t work for me and when I contacted Vevor with the issue, they responded asking me if I wanted a FedEx shipping label to return it and get a refund. I responded yes about 3 weeks ago, and again 2 weeks ago. Still, no label has been emailed to me.
