It clearly is not aligned perfectly, but for my manual mill, I am happy with it. I did loosen and adjust the jaws and that helped.

Really surprising quality and precision. Much better than expected, especially for the money!

Too big for my little mill. Packing was horrible. Hole punched in end of box. Blue metal shards inside turned out to be manufacturing scraps. No damage to vise Bed and jaws are milled very nicely. Wish I had a bigger mill...

Looks and works as good as the $500 vice.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the exterior was left a little rough. The casting and the final finish is not as smooth and defined as it could be, however that does not effect it's performance. It is tight and straight and very robust. For the purpose for which I will use it it is a great , econconomical, serviceable unit. Well worth the investment.
