This is a great belt grinder and would recommend. Vevor has been good to work with and the grinder was packaged well with no damage upon arrival. I will be purchasing more items from Vevor

Amazing machine. Insane value for money. Goes like a cut cat! I have been using it for knife making, still a learner so the VFD is great for doing bevels on a slow setting to avoid burning the blade. Can’t fault it.

Smooth running grinder
This machine runs smoothly with minimal runout. The variable speed works well and a huge benefit when using various materials. You can configure the machine to run in several different setups and all work equally well. Buy one and you'll be looking for new things to grind

Excellent bit of gear. Easy to assemble and worked without much fiddling about. I almost immediately reduced the length of the solid bar that holds the working wheel or flat platen attachment by the same length as the bar is thick. This allows the bar to slide back further towards the motor and now it will take 72 inch belts which are much more common and have more ranges of grits. The speed controller is quite good too. Overall a bargain for the home workshop or light business duty.

Great machine. Great price. Unbelievably fast shipping. You can’t buy half of a “build it yourself” machine, from the states for this price and it’ll be no better than this. It also won’t have a small wheel attachment and a contact wheel. Plenty of power and the VFD controls the motor beautifully. Love it.

Love this Thing
For the price this thing is phenomenal. Mine came missing arc grinding attachment and after four months has still not been delivered but it is not a necessary attachment for normal use. With some Red Label Abrasive's belts it really tears through some steel. I currently use the 110/220 transformer but will hopefully be installing a 220 outlet and rewiring the motor to accept US standard connection to see what it will do.

Excellent so far
I have had this item for a month and it has not disappointed thus far. The variable speed is fantastic, easy assembly, and is strong. Very high quality for the price, it is much much cheaper than its competitors.

Game changing value
Review after 2 months of full time, professional use.Since this belt sander is such a great value, price and quality considered, I’ll give it 5 stars. Tracking and power were perfect, right out of the box. Welds, balance, speed variation, and attachments are all very nice. I fabricated a tripod stand for it that is heavy and allows me to stand anywhere around the grinding surface. When using the big wheel, or the graphite platen (especially at full speed) it does not bog down under intense pressures.Having said, here are some things you may want to know:-It takes about 10 seconds to ramp up to full speed. If I need to hurry up and clean the burr off a cut, this is not the grinder I use.-the “run” and “stop” buttons are so small, that I often miss them. I spent too much time figuring out a way to make the buttons bigger and easier to push on the first try. —even used actual “buttons”. See photo--82 inch belts are not popularized in the US, I could not find anyone who sells a production version ceramic belt in that size (but you can easily buy aluminum z belts)-Combat abrasives custom made 36 grit, 82/2 ceramic belts, for about 10 dollars each. That’s a great deal, but you have to buy a dozen of them to get the custom size. To me, it was totally worth it.-the speed control system is not specific to this item. It seems to be a generic control panel that has many potential uses. It will come all set up, but it looks a bit hokey and I hope it lasts.-mine came with the power transformer. The motor is a 220v and it needs to be transformed into the 110v. I hope that lasts too.Over all, I’m thrilled to add this belt grinder to my shop. It is far more versatile than my 3/60” upright, and, as a career metal sculptor, I love having this hungry, powerful, but precise machine! I still get a kick out of showing people the slow-2800 rpm variability.Jacob Dean
