The bucket isn't deep enough. I had a deeper one that I switched out. Nice and sturdy, arms drop out of the way, and the seat has good thick padding. Overall, it was a great buy.

Habe den Stuhl für meine Mutter (85 J) gekauft. Sie ist sehr zufrieden. Produkt ist wie beschrieben. Ideal für Rentner / Mobilitätseingeschränkte, die es nachts nicht mehr schnell genug aufs WC schaffen.

The commode is very sturdy and strong, BUT be aware. This chair will not work for a man. It's open front is the main downside and the seating area in the rear is too small for a grown man. It has a splash well that goes down into the toilet bowl, but this will not prevent spillage from the open break in the front of the seat. As a bedside commode it would be an even bigger mess. I so wish that this had worked, but after one use, I will return it and find something else.

I absouetly almost everything about this pitty chair by one thing is driving me crazy the right handle doesn’t stay locked so you can shove it down just trying to set down then you have to pull it up to relock but never trust it cause it can do it maybe not that time but it will do it again. I’m not going to take apart and send back as I need it . Just will be more careful buying next time. The atm unlocking on it own can be a danger to us elderly folks. I have to know to tie a scarf around that arm as it tried to get me in the floor a few times.
