Customer Reviews for VEVOR Baseball Softball Rebounder Net 1080 x 1740 mm Pitch Back Trainer, 5 Adjustable Angles, Heavy-duty Steel Frame, All Angle Bounce Back Net for Pitching & Fielding Training Aid, Return Practice

I've been dealing with a return now for 3 weeks and it's always something else you guys want and the last item you requested was already sent. It's hell to get the item I ordered. Hope no one has this problem becuase customer servive is really bad.

I received my order to find it had been incorrectly packaged at the warehouse. Vevor graciously stated they would refund HALF the price for a unit I cannot assemble instead of sending me the part needed. Glad I paid HALF for something we cannot use as is. It’s awesome having a box of useless parts now.

I wouldn’t know how this product was, as I never received it!!! I ordered it for my son’s birthday and of course it didn’t arrive on time but not only that they couldn’t tell me where it was and when it was coming, it was “lost”. Then when I requested a refund they finally found it, remarkably it had been delivered. Unfortunately I didn’t receive it so it must of been delivered to someone else. I would never buy another product from this company, an absolute disaster from start to finish.
