Purchased for our yearly family get together ..have used it for the last 3 years now ( & loaned it to friends ) does exactly what it’s expected to do ..Steel is top quality ..easily clean ..I would strongly recommend using bottled water to prolong heating element

Quality product but there was no information about it being 15amp. I contacted vector and they provided a credit which paid for a converter. Good service. I’m very happy with the product.

Batch cooking for 20 pax successful. The food stayed warm throughout the duration of the dinner party. Guests were all happily fed. Thank you

Unfortunately it broke after the first use. I plugged it in and it never got over 100 deg F. I checked later and it was cold. I unplugged it for a long time to try again but the light never came on to heat the pan. I think they need to include some sort of heatsink thermal compound when affixing the heater to the pan.
