Never received the item when tracking FedEx says they only received the information for a label but never received the article from Vevor when I tried to complain to Vevor I get an IA text complaint line that tells me the best solution is for a refund but never received a refund to my Paypal account extremely disappointed they have to rethink any further purchases I've already started purchasing equipment from them this is the first time I've had trouble and I've gotten no decent response still need a blower but we're talking months now this comment line will probably produce nothing and I'll still be out the money and the blower hopefully someone will deal with this and contact me directly with the solution

This leaf blower worked for about 30 minutes and died. It has a bad coil, and since there is no customer service at Vevor, I have not been able to get anything done about it. I have gone through all the proper channels and I have gotten no response. I would not recommend purchasing anything else from Vevor…… Ever.

Recoil assembly spring broke no help vevor can’t find the part I need don’t buy it junk

So dissatisfield the blower worked awesome and was way beyond what I thought it would do. Then on about the tenth time a started it the recoil spring broke on the pull cord. Then I couldnt get the parts and no one got back to me. So an absolute no on this vevor 79cc backpack blower.

This is what happened below: March 20, 2026 - order 63cc backpack blower March 26 2026 - received blower March 27, 2026 - I put the blower together and the unit would not start. I repeated the steps like the instructions said to do and still would not start. I emailing the company and sent pictures and video. April 6, 2026 - the company sent a replacement blower April 10, 2026 - I received the new 63cc package bower. I put the new unit together and again the blower would not start. I repeated the steps like the instructions said to do and still would not start. Again I emailed the company and sent pictures and video. April 14, 2026 - they refund me for the blower. I also asked for part numbers for the following parts: carburetoror Spark plug Ignition coil On/off switch They said that they do not have part numbers for these items. All parts are made in-house. And they would not send me this parts since they refund me the money. I would not recommend getting this blower. I think that it has a defective carburetoror since both of the 63cc backpack blower that i received for vevor will not start. I can not upload a picture of the unit since ot is not letting me too. I hope this helps you all

After maybe 8 pulls it broke I can not get no one to answer me back about were I can a replacement it has a 1 year warranty

Used thirty minutes and started acting up then quit. I even bought the warranty they sent me 73 dollars back will never use this company again

It works great for about 10 minutes and as soon as it starts getting hot, it shuts off and it won’t restart. It acts like it’s out of gas when it’s not. Malfunctioning. Also, the screw fell out of the gas tank so now the gas tank flops around. In process of trying to return. Will update when I find out how that process goes.

It was used twice and the piston locked and rings sheared. Literally used it twice and now lives in the trash can.

Purchased less than 3 months ago. It worked great the first 2 times I used it. The 3rd time the pull cord re-coil failed. Vevor has no parts or support for a replacement and offered me a whopping $21 for my inconvenience of the complete loss of use of an item I paid iver $200 for a couple months ago.
