I am replacing a ladder with a set of stairs to enable older ladies to access the lake from our pier. Trying to be subtle about it without mentioning size, age, fattyboomba or anything like that. Its not in position yet as the water is still cold.

Not suitable for my swimming pool. To many sharp parts, could be dangerous for who's using the pool. Perhaps better for other uses, (e.g. ladder for small boats etc). Sorry , I am not going to place it to my swimming pool. I had to pay more attention to the details and not to order it.

Flimsy and unusable do not recommend

Bolt holes larger than bolts supplied, requiring more washers than supplied. Needed longer bolts to accommodate extra washers. Once assembled, the handrails were floppy requiring shimming at each point. After these obstacles were dealt with, the finished product did what we were hoping for, but I’ll likely need to add some depth to the steps.

Pésima calidad, mercancía entregada dañada en un 90%, 4 escalones, 2 pasamanos, 2 rieles para fijar peldaños y 1 soporte de fijación al piso presentan abolladuras, dobleces, roturas o torcidos. Inservible, dinero tirado a la basura

Run away , don’t walk , Victor and the relevant team (yeah ridiculous name for a useless team ) do not follow up just keep claiming waiting on team to resolve ! Don’t waste your money with this company!
