This is perfect! I had knee surgery and got this to help strengthen my ability to walk without pain. It's solid. Does not slip on the floor at all. I have it set up at 8" which is the perfect height for stepping up and then back down again.

Love the stepper and it works well if you’re leaving it stationary. However it just falls apart any time you move it as the blocks apparently don’t snap into place to hold.
