It looks very thick, and the buckle is also big, bigger than my hand. The chain should be very strong and durable.

The quality is excellent. I feel that it can really pull up to ten tons. The buckles have not been broken due to gravity, but some paint has fallen off. The quality is very reassuring.

Fortunately, I bought it as a backup and it doesn't take up much space in the trunk.

The pull is strong, which is great, and the latch prevents theft, which is great.

The stainless steel ball seat will not rust and is very durable. The lift and height can be adjusted to suit both of my cars.

The product is exactly as described, recieved it in a timely manner, heavy duty as well, great price too

Having a new Ram 2500 I wanted a 2 1/2” hitch so I did not need to use the adapter that came with the truck. I bought a used version of this and my only complaint is it was missing the locking pin.I have used this once so far and it does the job. I like that I can easily adjust the height since I have different trailers with different heights
