It holds the temps for less than the times mentioned. The slots where the pans slide into are slightly wider than needed. The pans can and will fall.

The Food came out of the oven at 12:30 in the afternoon, covered in foil and in the box. Regular metal chafing pans were a perfect fit. It can fit shallow or deep. Box was driven to the venue and left sealed until 630. We pulled one pan at a time as it was needed and when the foil came off, food was still steaming!

it arrived on time, outside of box on the hinged side was tore on the upper corner. the plastic bag it was in was also torn. there were scrapes on it. I would have sent it back, but I did not want to have to go through the hassle of taking it to the ups, then waiting another 10 days to get it back. this is more to let you know about packaging and if it's possible to improve it somehow. overall, I feel it is good Quilty for the money I spent, the door catches look and feel sturdy. the wheels on it are great, don't think it would roll on the grass but solid flat area I'm very happy with it. thank you

Me encantaron, me han ayudado mucho y otras personas me han preguntado donde comprarlas y los he mandando asus pagina para que las puedan comprar. Solo una casa que no me agrado del Todo fue que si le pongo las bandejas muy clientes El plastico de adentro de lebanta pero de ahi en fuera me han ayudado mucho.

light weight, easy to cary and transport up to 4 full trays of hot food. used it for family program and food was hot after 3hrs.

Product exceeds expectations. One issue. Latch for the door is cracked. Looks like a manufacturer defect. Still works. Curious if we can get the latch without returning the entire warmer.

My brother is starting his catering business and to help him, I got this for him. Keeps food hot or cold for a very long time. Even steaming when they are hot! His business is starting to grow, so we might need to get a few more

Fortunately, I'm not as dumb as I look. Some assembly is required with no instructions included. Not too difficult, had to install the wheels. 50/50 guess on which pair is supposed to be the front or rear. Also, the proper order of washers on the bolts is not Intuitively obvious to the most casual observer. A 9/16 or 14mm wrench or socket will be handy... Otherwise, I would have given a five-star review...

I purchased two of these stacked them and wheeled them 100 yards over threshold and carpet and tile Through a factory with no issues. Wheels are heavy duty. The food. Stayed hot for five hours. Probably would’ve stayed hot longer.. would 100% recommend and may be buying more in the future
