How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

jordan usher Instructions terrible…. product spot on !

Instructions are terrible however the product itself is great, looks good, functions nicely. And feels solid hardware better than expected for the price ! Cheaper than other places and couldn’t be happier with finished look

VEVOR Customer Great product at great price.
J Shape
Very happy with the quality of the product. The only issue I have is that I did not receive the nuts and bolts that connect the slider brackets to the door. I will have to head to a hardware store and find similar parts at my cost....

J Michael Turckes Durability
J Shape
Item is what needed. Fault in designed. Because it spans to a width of 10’ should have had 8 screws to fasten to wall of building instead of 7 screws.

VEVOR Customer Assemble instruments poorly published
J Shape
Good quality material. Instructions provided show only pictures and no detail (wording) part description or assembly.
