Customer Reviews for VEVOR Handrails for Outdoor Steps, 180cm Length 2 Crossbars Stair Hand Rail Kit, Transitional Stainless Steel Railings w/ Installation Kit, Double-column Staircase Handrails for Seniors,Porch & Deck

Nice product, come with Bosch drill bit and all tools to install, however you will probably need a better spanner or socket to get fittings really tight. Overall good value for money

Easy to install. The bolts that hold the rail were a bit smaller than what was required, so had to replace the. The base needed to be a bit bigger to ensure stability. But dud the job

Other than taking 3 weeks to deliver the product is spot on the. It arrived in good order not damaged All parts were supplied even down to the required drill bit. The fitting of the handle rail was completed in 20 minutes I will be happy to let my friends and family know of Vevor products

I was impressed with the quality of the product, it's packaging, even providing the drill bit (SDS) and bolts. The bolts however, I'm unimpressed with. I've managed to secure the railings, but there is play and they're a little rocky. This is because the fixings are the wrong type and once inserted and attempts to tighten, become impossible to remove completely. I found a way to exchange the bolts with a slightly thicker one that is better at holding the base tight to the marble steps. It was as big fiddle and all of the provided bolts will have to be replaced in the same way. Overall I'm satisfied with the product.

having had a local chap fix this for me my husband was able to come home despite amputation and steps to the house

Good product but was missing parts and had to wait for 2 weeks for replacements
