J'ai fais le 7 Mars 2025 l'achat de cette station météo qui m'a été livrée très très rapidement et qui m'a entièrement satisfait. Malheureusement nous avons vécu dernièrement 5 tempètes coup sur coup et le senseur de température extérieure ainsi que le senseur d'humidité ont rendu l'âme.
Le service clients Vevor m'a immédiatement proposé de m'envoyer les pièces déteriorées, ce qu'ils ont fait mais le colis s'est perdu en route et ensuite (c'était aussi pendant le nouvel an chinois) ils ne les avaient plus en stock. Pour m'éviter d'attendre trop longtemps, Vevor m'a renvoyé une nouvelle station météo neuve, sans frais, que j'ai reçue trois jours plus tard. J'avoue que je ne m'attendais pas du tout à une si bonne attention de leur part;
Je l'ai bien sûr réinstallée et tout est redevenu comme avant.
Merci Vevor et soyez assuré que je ne manquerais pas de consulter votre site pour de prochain achats.
