Rain Gauge doesn't work or won't connect with screen. Also this is more difficult to set up than lead to believe.

Not a bad weather station for the money, but it does have its limitations. With all the wind we get here in Southern Arizona I noticed that it never captures the highest wind gust, as a matter of fact it's slow to update and I don't think it really accurately measures higher wind gusts. I'm waiting for the monsoon rain to see how accurate the rain gauge is.

Thank you for the prompt response, service, and replacement unit, which I have tested and repackaged.
Unfortunately, the new one reverts to the default time and date (01/01/2024) when power is interrupted. I feel this is a design issue with the unit in that there is no option for a battery backup in order to retain any settings.
Please let me know what you would like me to do with the re-sent unit. In the meantime, I will try to arrange a battery 5volt supply to the indoor monitor to replace the 240-volt mains adapter. The unit is very well packaged and manufactured. I am more than happy with the Vevor response and commitment to clients. Exceptional service and value. Thank you. Phillip Bassett

The weather station works well, but setup is a nightmare. The instructions are not clear and very confusing . You have to do everything online. The price is very reasonable, but probably won't buy another one.

Tom Easy to setup but rain gauge is way off.
I made sure it's perfectly level but compared to 2 other manual glass gauges it's off. Had 2.5 inches in regular gauges and the vovor shows only 1.6

Overall, the unit is adequate. However after many tries, I could not get it to connect to our WI-FI. I am very computer literate, and this function would simply not work. In addition, the rain guage has never functioned. The other data displayed is accurate.
