CONTEXTE DU TEST : Acheté pour le recyclage de ferrailles et la fusion de divers métaux (Or, Aluminium, Argent). ✅ LES POINTS FORTS : Puissance de chauffe : Le brûleur est performant. J'ai pu fondre du cuivre sans aucun souci, ce qui confirme que le four atteint et maintient des températures élevées très efficacement (jusqu'à 1482 °C annoncés). Montage rapide : Le kit est très facile à assembler dès la réception, on peut être prêt à fondre rapidement. Matériel fourni : Le corps en inox est robuste et les accessoires fournis (creuset de 6 kg, pince) permettent de démarrer immédiatement. ⚠️ LES POINTS DE VIGILANCE : Fragilité de l'isolation : La laine de roche est épaisse, ce qui est une bonne chose pour l'isolation thermique, mais elle est extrêmement fragile. Elle a tendance à s'effriter et à se désagréger très rapidement lors des manipulations. Durabilité : À cause de cet effritement précoce de l'isolant, la tenue dans le temps après de nombreux cycles de chauffe reste à confirmer. VERDICT : C'est un très bon produit pour s'initier à la fonderie ou recycler ses métaux. Il fait parfaitement son travail de fusion sur tous les métaux courants. Faites simplement attention à ne pas trop "brusquer" l'isolation intérieure pour qu'elle dure le plus longtemps possible.

Good quality product for a diyer or home owner. Well made and reasonably priced. Has not failed me yet.

I think it's good value easy to use when I got the right gas fitting my bottle had the old style on it . The tool for taking the hot pot out of the furnis is no good for poring in to molds but easy to make a tool for that. I'm very happy

I went to go fire up the foundry for the third time and noticed the gas regulator is faulty, it doesn’t seal and gas is coming out the side.It’s just leaking from the connection to the gas bottle。

Nice unit but no ridgedizer or refractory cement was included. The ceramic wool should be coated to minimize health risks.

I love this furnace it is absolutely perfect with the exception of the lid deforming with just a few uses. Still functions fine but something worth knowing if you're getting it.

As expected works well, lets me get done what I needed to do. Aluminium and copper wire melted nicely. Stores easily and easy to maintain. Follow the instructions and set it up and away you go.

The actual smelting process with the equipment works just fine. Preparing the refractory cement and applying it leaves a lot to be desired. The coating cracked and began to fall apart on the first use. After several uses, I purchased new insulation and cement, and I am in the process of re-coating the smelter.

What a fun thing to have. Can melt down anything scrap copper or aluminum kicking around. I started doing this for fun of it but now it is something almost relaxing to do
