Came broken
Arrived not working. Likely a controller malfunction Customer service has been terrible with "we will contact you in 48hours", but never following up.. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

NO FUNCIONA

So many things...
I have zero experience with laser engraving.
This arrived, I set it up even with completely cryptic instructions. The instructions seem like they might be useful for someone who does laser engraving for a living. Anyway, RDWorks, not very good. Looks barely translated to English. Gave up on that, bought Lightburn. It's better, but still having issues. Tried to use support, got an answering service. They, of course, could not do anything to help me, and so they took a message, basically, and said somebody would contact me in a couple days. Then I got an email back while I was at work, which I couldn't answer at the time, and came in later in the evening to return the email and get some support, and they had already closed the ticket. I got an engraving started and it gets to the same point every time and then craps out. So I really do still need to talk to somebody but I'm not really thrilled to contact "support" again. I use the quotations because they say that their support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when it is in fact not available for those hours.

Machine Faulty
55 W
Machine was making a loud noise from the start. When finally able to sit and use beyond 1 first test cut the laser would not fire and noise was louder. After some investigation it was advised by tech that water pump is faulty as water not cycling through system. Vevor has been very unhelpful and parts are hard to source. Nearly $4k on useless machine, no one is able to service or fix.
