It worked great on the test posts we did but after winter and we pulled it back out of the box and put gas in it, it wouldn't start. Figured out the carborator wasn't letting gas into the engine. Purchased a carb and waiting on it to show up

Couldn’t drive a 3 5/16 post more than 2” into soft ground. Very disappointed

Product looks nice. But ends there. Poorly made Product. Part identified as hammer seems to be too small for the cylinder. You have to check for proper alignment of the hammer before each post. If you don't and part is sideways, it would bust the housing. Don't expect to be able to return for a full refund, I was offered a 40 dollar refund and keep a product that is no use to me as it is. I bought it to speed up a process but complications from quality in design prevents that. Holediggers will work better and allow me to do the quality of work I expect to provide for my customers.

Do. Not Buy for Drill Pipe
I bought this as a back up to my titan PGD 3825, which is getting old, for drill pipe. This product is not strong enough, and the machine smocks sometimes. I created a ticket on 04/18, and I am getting the run around to return this machine.
All I need to do is return this and get a machine that works. If they have a better one this works, I can exchange . After sending 3 emails fasting for a return label, this morning I got an email with a video on hoe to warm up the engine. How does that help in this situation

Garbage product, worse customer service.
This broke after using it on 10 wooden posts 1.5" square being driven into dirt. Think about that, the metal driver broke in half trying to hammer a soft material into a softer material. I emailed for a warranty replacement assuming it was just some kind of production defect. Took 3 days to get the first response. Now, after 11 days of very slow back and forth with " customer service" I'm so fed up with this whole mess that I don't even want a replacement tool and I won't be dealing with vevor again.

Frustrated 😫 with this machine's lack of power, and the vibration keeps loosening most of the cap screws. The hammer mechanism bolts all came loose without much stress on the machine. I was driving a wood post for a fence, and it has been frustrating having to stop frequently to tighten bolts and screws so they don't go flying all over the place.

It’s in the review…
I have bought a lot of equipment from Vevor, but sadly I have to say I was disappointed with post driver. I have used several over the years, but there was one significant issue that I couldn’t get over. The collar that the driver sat on just isn’t long enough. I was trying to drive 6.5’ t-posts and the head of each post bottomed out about a 1/2” in which causes the heavy machine to be very unstable making it difficult to drive the t-posts in straight or even support it. It was literally more exhausting trying to support it than just using a manual post driver. The quality was decent and maybe a round 4x4 post might be better since it has a large flat head to rest on. It comes with different size collars to support different types of posts, so I am going to try using a larger collar with a piece of steel tube the t-post can sit in to give it more stability.

I unpacked and filled with engine oil and added enough fuel to test start. Pulled on cord about 3 Rand it started right up. Turned it off and started again a few times to make sir it was working properly. Took to job site the next day, filled it up with fuel and put it on fence pole, pulled trigger and it ran for 30 seconds. The machine died and I never got it cranked again! After diagnosing the machine to no avail, I contacted VEVOR and they made it right. Ending up having to borrow one to finish job. Thus is probably a fluke, but thanks to VEVOR for doing the right thing.
