Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Tonneau Cover, 5.8 ft Hard Tonneau Cover with Built-in Drainage Pipe for 2021-2024 Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500 Crew Cab, Customized Hard Tonneau Cover with Double-Lock & T-Slot

I absolutely like it. But it is a little hard to assemble

The retractable cover I purchased from Vevor is very easy to install. The product is as advertised. The product price is very reasonable

Product got installed and works fine , pretty solid material. Here is the catch , I tried install myself and the instructions are poor , vevor at least post a good video about the installation , I can’t find a single video about it . I had issue in putting couple of initial steps . Final end up taking to a truck modification people and got it installed . I think if you have little more detailed steps on step 1-5 , an average person can install .. after the initial hassle , I am satisfied with the product

This retractable cover fit perfectly on my brand new pick up truck. Love the look and the price!

I just install the retractable tunnel cover. So far so good. I try for a while to do it myself. It was a pain in the butt. I did get some help at the beginning to install the rails to the front unit. After that it was easy. Just line the rail up and make sure your tailgate will close. The reason the review is call second time a charm. My first one got lost in transit and I had to reorder the cover

Excelente articulo a buen precio. Material de aluminio fuerte y duradero. Las instrucciones un poco dificil de entender, pero con conocimiento en mecanica se hace facil. Recomendado.

WORKS OK, but has Bad Design FLAW and LEAKS inside which damaged my items inside the truck bed. DO NOT BUY this, there are white fabric where the cover retracts back into the holder. This white fabric should be RUBBER material to keep water out. Very disappointed in the design and workmanship. I hope Vevor can give me a refund or replacement for a better design

Item arrived damaged and unusable!! Waiting on customer service to send a new one then will properly review. For now it’s no stars!!

This product is a complete disaster! It looked too good to be true, and unfortunately, that's exactly what it was. The assembly instructions are absolutely HORRIBLE. It honestly looks like they were written by a five-year-old who had never even seen the actual product. The pictures don't match the parts, the locations shown in the instructions make absolutely no sense, and figuring out which direction the pieces are supposed to face is a complete guessing game. Nothing lines up properly, and the instructions are so poorly designed that they make a simple assembly process unnecessarily complicated and incredibly frustrating. It's almost impressive how a company can manage to make instructions this unbelievably bad. Whoever designed this product and approved these instructions clearly never attempted to assemble it themselves. What should have been a straightforward assembly turned into a complete nightmare. I have rarely seen such a poorly thought-out product. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and headache. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Overall the quality of the cover is very good. Instructions were somewhat hard to understand but with some thought I was able to figure everything out. My only complaint is that it does not stay closed if you drive on a bumpy road even when it is locked.
