It's not so easy to install and the directions don't help much. If your a mechanically inclined person you'll be able to figure out like my husband did. Once installed it correctly it's a great cover!

Instructions for installation are not great. The cover panels were not aligned when recieved and had to be tapped back into place. It’s dual latching single lock. I think the biggest thing is the instructions aren’t super clear on the installing the rail system or building out the clamps. It seals well but instructions could be better about where to put weather stripping as well. Product needs better description, and instructions. At half the price of similar units I should have had lower expectations on instructions

T-slot does not work with the t-slot accessories that I have. It is too narrow. Making this virtually useless for t-slot accessories. I have the Elevate rack system and the t-slot brackets will not fit in the t-slot rail on this cover.

When I opened the package, I discovered that the driver side rail was bent, one of the locks was broken, and most of the hardware was loose in the box. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the protective cover for the retractable door was missing and the cover showed scuff marks and tool marks, as though it had been previously installed and returned. I filed a complaint with pictures and supporting documentation and have received no contact from the company about a refund or replacement. I was looking forward to using the cover on our road trip in a couple weeks.

Once installed, the cover looks and works great, just like those sold for $1000 on Amazon. Installation is quite hard to follow with small pictures and unclear instructions. Watched some videos on YouTube for similar covers to get it installed in 3 hours. Still recommended as it's great value.

I’m curious if others who purchased this product expected and received two key-locks as advertised in the about this item “Dual Lock Guard…”, or only received one key-lock? the package was missing some washers and the wasna gap between the tailgate and the tonnue cover when its close

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. In my experience, they did not deliver the item I ordered, and instead of resolving the issue, they were unhelpful and confrontational. I felt misled and ignored throughout the process. I just received my refund 30 days after I made a purchased that was never delivered. What concerned me most was how difficult it was to get a refund. If you decide to purchase from this company, I strongly recommend not using PayPal, as the VEVOR seems to stall the dispute process. Use a regular credit card instead, since credit card companies tend to resolve issues and issue refunds much faster when something goes wrong. This has been one of the most frustrating buying experiences I’ve had, and I hope others can avoid the same situation.
