This is the worst product I have ever bought.

It came with a dent in it and the lock will not work. I have talk to the company several times through email and still haven’t received a new lock , when they claim to have sent one . So far not a good experience with customer service and also it leaks.

Opens while driving. Does not fully lock in place.

This is a terrible online shopping site. I still haven't received the tonneau cover I ordered. Despite making the payment on March 5th, the product I ordered never arrived until March 28th. Then they blamed the carrier. After that, they said they contacted the logistics company and that the product I ordered had been shipped. They lied from day one to day one. After all those messages I sent over those three weeks, they finally said they could refund my money. I bought this tonneau cover for $738 CAD. Its current price is $1145 plus tax. They said they would refund my money and that I could reorder. They must be crazy. Why would I lose $400? Even though I told them not to refund but to send a new one, they only refunded my money. And I have all of this documented. By the way, this tonneau cover is different. It was on sale online too. And of course, I couldn't buy it from anywhere because of Vevor's terrible customer service. Because they kept stalling me. In a message they sent me on March 23rd, they said they would refund $40 if I waited 3 days and the product didn't arrive. Can you believe it? They told me to wait 3 days until the 23rd. How is that possible? It was already March 23rd, and they still told me to wait 3 days until the 23rd. Then on the 27th, another message said that if it didn't arrive by March 30th, they would refund the entire amount. They refunded the money on the 28th, without waiting until the 30th. Vevor is such a terrible online shopping site. If you don't want to waste your money and be humiliated, absolutely do not shop from Vevor. They don't have a phone number. You send messages via live chat, and if you're lucky, you might get a reply in 2-3 days. It's a completely awful site. And they're trying to do business with our money.They only allow me to upload this many pictures. I can only be more positive when they resolve my grievance, but for now, this is definitely what I've experienced.

The bed cover and all looks good but this thing rattles to no end. Really cheap box construction on the bottom side even though the top looks great. I would never order another one just because it rattles so bad. It is embarrassing when you are going places and you really want to just throw the cover away.
