Not easy to clean

Even though the speed of me getting the item was really bad the product arrived in great packaging, no dents at all, and worked flawlessly.

Shape of mold is 90 degree squares with areas of tapered “pyramid” like shapes. Haven’t used so rating medium, but pictures are somewhat misleading

Before purchasing anything from this website, please ensure you check the size, shape, or weight of the product. The website’s exchange and refund process is incredibly cumbersome, and contacting customer service is a real hassle. Their customer service is absolutely terrible; they don’t solve your problems and instead try to avoid them. To top it off, I’m constantly bombarded with spam emails from the website. This is my first time reviewing a product or service, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.

The device is quite low quality and made from very cheap materials. Its performance is identical to a regular household waffle maker that costs €10–20. It is quite large and bulky, and honestly, its size is the only thing that makes it look “professional.” If I could return it, I would.

Some glasses cracked and one piece came broken, bad product or packaging or both. It’s not cheap by any means so I would expect better quality and the support takes forever to respond and keeps me waiting over 48 hours for each response.

I am sad for that machine
