There is always water left over in the canister. It gets crusty in there. Other than that and it taking a long time, works great.

Get with the glass caraf.
Like that it is easy to clean with food grade citric acid. Would like the inner stainless container to be removable like the my instant pots.

The product came as stated. It seems to work very well and the water tastes really good like you would expect from distilled water. It runs very quite with just a small fan motor noise which is not disturbing the peace at all. So overall very quiet. I am happy with the machine and would recommend it.
