Delivered as expected. Easy setup and was able to mow front and back lawn (small area) with ease! The ability to raise/lower the blades was easy and very functional. The only issue I have is grass catcher; it’s essentially useless! For a couple dollars more I would have been willing to purchase with an ENCLOSED catcher, the open basket gets in the way and is impossible to dump without spilling! I say get rid of it…otherwise it was a great tool to use on small lawns/gardens.

It came before expected and so I used it right away even though it really wasn't time for a mow and was really happy with the results. When it was time for a mow, I realized some things. Now I have to mow my lawn twice, once horizontal and again vertical and the catch bag is next to useless. I really like that I don't have mow lines like with the heavy gas mowers but even though I have it set on the lowest setting, the lawn is no where near .6 inches. Maybe if I go over it a few more times? Anyways, for the price, I think it's a good buy but may not be for everyone.

Im happy with my purchase. Heavy duty, and affordable. Cuts well as long as just maintaining lawn. If I had a choice, I'd buy again.

Poorly engineered product. The handle bars constantly come disconnected from the mower. The grass bag does not catch much of the clippings. You need to go over every spot 3 times, and even then there are patchy spots.

Mower arrived promptly and is very sturdy looking, but the handle is not secured to the mower and comes off CONSTANTLY when attempting to mow (the tiny areas I ordered it for), and unless the grass is super short already it stalls and again the handle comes off. At this moment the reel blades are locking but there do not seem to be bends or grass anywhere as the cause. Metal seems pretty solid. Hoping to make this work, not giving up on it but as of now it is a prop in my garage. :(

Very poor quality. It does not work after a light usage on just my front lawn. Barely a month and it's non functional. Pathetic

Used it several times and now it wont even turn it gets stuck. It works fine in reverse but forward you cant even push the reel mower

I mowed a 10x 10 spot and the blade started hitting the frame. Support said to hit it with a hammer. It now just clicks all the time and cuts like garbage because you can’t set the blade to frame distance properly.
