I use a lathe almost daily and tested this against more expensive chucks. Honestly, I was very impressed. It’s well-made, has tight tolerances, and runs with virtually no runout. While it won’t replace premium brands, it’s an excellent, affordable option for hobbyists or secondary use.

Excellent value for the price. I’m using it on a Grizzly benchtop lathe, and it runs true, fits perfectly, and feels durable enough for small woodworking projects.

llegó pronto, en buen estado con su maletín, todo bien ordenado. Tiene buena pinta, sujeta muy bien las piezas. Mi torno es antiguo y le tuve que poner otro adaptador menor de una pulgada, pues mi eje es de 3/8, y queda bien sujeto.

The jaws shake like crazy. They are very loose. If you tighten down to the end they have a habit of falling out of their guides and have to be put back in manually and aligned again. Tolerance is an after thought. Comparing to my Record Power chuck they are worlds apart. Big difference in price and it shows. you get what you pay for. The various jaws are good, it's cheap for what it is but don't buy for the quality. Some if the jaws aren't numbers so it took some trial and error to figure out which was which and I numbered them myself.

Dear Sir, as I tried to explain to you earlier I need an adapter to fit my lathe the size is 1"with 10tpi thread without this I cannot use the chuck and it is of no use. can you supply the adapter please? thanking you, Oliver.

I bought this set given I was early in turning. Arrived and looked great, nice case, chuck shiny and heavy - good deal? Not so fast, no instructions with anything (minor issue). The chuck failed on the first use, locked up and could not open the jaws. Reached out to Vevor and got nothing over an extended period of time other than "we are looking into it and will be back soon." Soon transitioned to weeks, eventually getting two videos on how to take it apart - really? That was the extent of the help rather than immediately sending me a replacement chuck which would have resolved the issue (assuming it worked). Spending more money!
