Customer Reviews for VEVOR Ivy Privacy Fence, 1 x 5m Artificial Green Wall Screen, Greenery Ivy Fence with Mesh Cloth Backing and Strengthened Joint, Faux Hedges Vine Leaf Decoration for Outdoor Garden, Yard, Balcony

Awesome quality for price!! Has held up even through a string storm and provides perfect privacy that is pleasing to the eye. Will definitely recommend and can’t find a better price anywhere. Shipping was extremely fast as well

Conforme à la commande et recommandations

This product is good quality. The plastic is heavier gauge. Easy to spilt and rejoin. Just note that it has to be fitted in the same direction for joining tabs to match up. I purchased another hedge from Temu and it was poor quality. Broke very easy with hands

Item is great and very easy to install. Only issue is the zap strapes are too short, had to stop and go purchase longer straps. I recommend anyone ordering should purchase longer zap straps prior to trying to install.

Clôture en plastique et ça se voit

Las hojas son bonitas. Da mucha privacidad y es fácil de colocar. Esperemos que tenga una buena resistencia al sol con el paso del tiempo.

Really nice and easy install. Also layered, so minimal/reduced visibility from the external. The price is affordable and worth it. Enough for my 6 metres balcony

The product is as described but it didn't suit the job I had in mind. I felt it was a bit flimsy and I thought it would be a bit firmer. Past that it looks okay for a covering of a wall, which wasn't the task I had in mind for it.

We received a fence measuring approximately 165 inches, despite the product being clearly advertised as 198 inches. I contacted customer service to resolve the discrepancy. While they did respond promptly, their reply suggested that the issue was likely due to an error in our measurement method and advised us to “pull the product taut” and measure again. To clarify: this is not a minor variance. The difference is substantial (over 30 inches / ~80 cm), and the product is not elastic in any way that would account for such a gap. Suggesting otherwise feels dismissive rather than solution-oriented. I would have appreciated a more constructive response or acknowledgment of the discrepancy. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product, and I would encourage others to be cautious when purchasing from this company, given concerns around product accuracy and customer support.

The poor rating because we never received our order. Their delivery company OnTrac did not bring our package to our front door or even our front porch but rather left our package at the street according to their photo. OnTrac dies not have a telephone number that I could find and there e-mail customer service is horrible. OnTrac told us to deal either the shipper, Velor, but Velor would not help us. Again — We never received our order!
