Disappointing
Unit does not drive post arrived used/damaged leaked some type of oil from impact head.
Vevor is attempting to send replacement parts instead of refunding my money. Would not recommend.

Owner/Operator
Terrible product. Post adapter immediately got stuck on post and It did not have the power to effectively and efficiently drive posts. Would not recommend.

Useless
If it worked, the price would of been great, but sorry to say this post pounder will not pound a pencil in the ground. I watched you tube videos for tips. Followed instruction. Waste of money.
Ended up renting a real post pounder from local rental place

farm owner
drives post pretty good the collar piece completely stinks, have to stop every 45 seconds to tighten the 4 bolts on the collar and after driving 17 post it completely wallered out the bolt holes. Need a better design for the collar or make it a solid unit that does not remove. driving 2 7/8 drill stem pipe. would be awesome if only used for t post. pipe being driven into sandy loam and red clay.

Post driver
This worked pretty darn well for some 2 3/8 oil field pipe I was driving about 3 feet in for the first 5 but then all of the bolts started loosening. It was at the point that we would have to stop and retighten several times for each post. Handle bolts and the sleeve bolts. We stopped using it for that project. I then used blue thread lock and tried to sink some 2 7/8 pipe. They didn't really go as well and may have been due to tree roots but then bolts started to loosen again. Lost one in the dirt. I may try the red thread lock. It is also a beast to lift after 2 pipes. I do understand that you need the mass to drive the posts. Several posts mention being able to drive a 4x4 post. I do not think that that would be possible. Maybe a pointed post but the trouble we had with the 2 7/8 pipe leads me to think that is wishful thinking. Soil type working in is also very sandy. I had high hopes for it but I think it probably needs thinner walled pipe or t posts only

Poor in Rocky Soil
Ideal for softer, rock-free soil or smaller post. Can fit over post master post however struggles to drive such a large post. Progress is slow and will stall with any real resistance. Would not buy again. Manual driver actually works better than gas driver.

Mr
Hammer broke on few uses. Had to order new part which was a long time being delivered. Was able to resuse it few time but feel the hammer is not strong enough and I am afraid it will break again. At this moment, would not reorder.

Good when you have soft ground
I found that it doesn’t have a lot of impact it’s more of a tap so I had to use my old school manual pounder and use this when I needed a break. Great tool but needs more stroke for impact.
