Worked good after after the roofers left

I haven't used it for what I purchased it for yet. Completely amazed at what it picked up just rolling it out to the shed to put away.

Comes in very handy when you drop nails around your house while doing your roof or anything in your yard or your worksite you can just roll it around pick up all the nails and screws or what have you and you’re good to go!

The product was fairly well built. It probably won't work well in grass or on rough land. Better suited to smooth surfaces. I had a tendency to grab the release handle when lifting it there by dumping everything it picked up.

I bought this because I was having my roof replaced. I knew the roofers use a similar tool to go over your yard to get stray nails and screws. However, I was leery of the quality of the job they would do. I have a dog that views everything as food and I didn't want an expensive ER visit and surgery bill if she ate a nail the roofers missed. I had bought a similar tool from a different vendor and returned to Amazon because it wouldn't even pick up a needle off my carpet. I haven't tried it on the yard yet, BUT it did pick up a needle. I do a lot of hand sewing and frequently drop pins and needles that I don't want my dog to find and swallow. Even if it doesn't work on the yard, it is worth it to find those needles that seem to hide on purpose. I was very pleased. it was easy to assemble but the directions didn't tell which way the wheels went on the spoke. It seemed to work both ways. The wheels don't sit snug against the spoke, there is about a 1 1/2\" gap, but it doesn't wobble when I use it and it does pick up needles so for my purposes it is a winner. I didn't rate it under \"Giftable\" because I can't imagine someone buying this just for gift purposes. While I thought it could have been priced a little lower, the price was not a deal breaker. I would order again.

This rolling magnet tool is fantastic!! I had a new deck built and this gadget did amazing at picking up old and new nails that had fallen during the project. It was so easy to use just roll it across the area where nails had fallen and it easily and efficiently picks up all metal on the area then simply lift the handle and all the nails fall into the garbage!!! I would greatly recommend this tool for anyone cleaning up a construction area!!!!!

Needed a larger magnet to clear nails and screws following a recent residing job. This did a passable job. Not its fault that stainless fasteners aren't very magnetic.

It works and has a nice design for dropping the items when finished.
