The windows leak from the hinges. I contacted VEVOR about the issue and they never got back to me, or tried to resolve the situation in anyway. The windows look great, and fit well they seemed like good quality until the leaking issue.

Item arrived damaged , quality is on the cheaper end I thought it would be better quality . It was an inconvenience receiving the item damaged a slit like cut on the top cover and some bending in the middle sliding screen frames . See pic below . It looks worse in person. Overall I give it 3 stars just cuse at least the glass was not broken , and the quality feels cheap but for now it will do . Also do not like that I could not speak to a rep for help on my issue. They only have chat to open a claim not much help .

Flyscreens were damaged and window part has scratches but functional

I was not happy to find big deep scratches all over the windows plexiglass when it arrived as if it was used and someone else had scratched it and returned it and the it was shipped to me. I also don’t prefer the plexiglass outside I would rather the white plastic non see through cover for the screens. Overall would say it was a mediocre purchase and not extremely impressed.

Received damaged, would not return, just want to offer me a partial refund to keep it.

I knew the product would be cheap, based on the price, but this is far below my expectations. The first box sent was not properly packaged and was damaged. They offered me $120.00 refund if I kept the damaged product! This is for a food truck with strict requirements on mesh to avoid bugs in the trailer so the mesh being damaged and outside of the track is not a small inconvenience…it defeats the entire purpose of the product. The second window was sent and appears to be damaged free but no compensation was offered for my time or inconvenience. I even have to dispose of the damaged window myself. I kept re-escalating requesting compensation and was provided with a sarcastic message back stating “I’m sorry we resolved your compliant by sending you a new window, no further compensation will be offered.” The company clearly sent me an open box item the first time and only offered me a partial refund to keep it and then sends a replacement that was finally properly packaged but no offer to make it up to the customer. Poor quality product and even worse customer service.

arrived broken
