the valve to change from showerhead to handheld shower is too high to reach

The instructions are very poor. The kit includes lag bolts to fastened shower to concrete. I have been months trying to find out what size hole to drill in the concrete. I have never seen the type of lag bolts included. I have about 15 responses from VEVOR (Ai) requesting more info, order #, each time, updating my request absolutely no help or usefel response. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER HELP !

I am underwhelmed with this product. It was difficult to assemble (instructions were not great!) It is not at all clear how you can tell that the reservoir is full in order to heat the water. It also is unclear approx how long it takes to heat a full resevoir of water, and how long of a shower that would last for (understanding that sun requirements and heat setting of water are variable, I'm just looking for guidelines)

The worst product I ever purchased. Shower head so cheaply made it broke off. Hose connection leaked like a sieve no matter how I tried and I DID follow instructions to the letter but to no avail did anything work. I absolutely hate this product!

Perde acqua nel collegamento. Non ha pressione, e quando desideri fare la doccia aspetti 1 minuto perchè arrivi l'acqua .e quando la chiudi smette di scendere dopo 30 secondi . Il soffione è di plastica, il rubinetto sotto non regge la poca pressione che ha, e Si è rotto già molte volte, si è spannato il filetto , in quanto di plastica .non si può escludere il rubinetto sotto per cui la doccia è inutilizzabile. Montata 1 anno fa, e lasciata staccata dal tubo dell'acqua , usata solo 5 volte questa estate.

Non mantiene l’acqua. Il rubinetto per passare alla doccetta è troppo alto. Bisogna avere 1,80 metri per arrivare a cambiare. Il termometro non funziona

L'acquisto si è rivelato pessimo. Monto la doccia e comincio a riempire il serbatoio. Non appena il serbatoio è pieno, comincia a perdere dalla parte bassa in corrispondenza di una saldatura. Apro immediatamente un ticket di assistenza. Mi rispondono dicendo che entro 48h mi faranno sapere. Attendo 48h e arriva un'altro messaggio che dice che stanno lavorando sulla mia pratica e che mi faranno sapere. Dopo altre 48h arriva l'ennesimo messaggio in cui dicono la stessa cosa di prima. Da allora nessuno si è più fatto vivo. Quindi io mi ritrovo con la doccia che in una mezza giornata mi svuota il serbatoio interno perché perde e l'assistenza clienti non risponde più. Molto ma molto deluso. Spero di riuscire a riavere un rimborso.

Ho comprato la doccia solare a fine giugno 2025, usata 2 mesi nel 2025 e 1 mese a mezzo nel 2026. In totale meno di 4 mesi e si é rotta in modo marcato con una crepa lunga 60 va sul lato. Sono in attesa di una soluzione da parte del servizio clienti.

Colonne basse fendue sur une arête au bout de quelques utilisations seulement. Enorme fuite donc plus possible d'utiliser la douche. Impossible d'orienter l'eau vers la douchette, le robinet est à 2,20 m de hauteur, il faut un escabeau même pour un adulte de 1,80 m. Pas très malin ... Le reste est très fragile, en plastique très fin. Dommage, la douche est très esthétique mais c'est du tape à l'oeil. Très très déçu ...

After 6 months the side panel of the unit broke on its own. It is useless.
