We are overall pleased with the quality of the instrument. The only downside is that the zipper of the case comes open unexpectedly. This happened once while my daughter was carrying the instrument with the back straps and the contents fell to the ground. Luckily here was no damage to the instrument.

El xilófono está muy bien sino fuera porque nos ha llegado roto. Lo hemos reportado pero nadie nos ha contestado.

This has potential to be a respectable instrument - it has felt washers and rubber gaskets to help with resonance, and all the notes are pretty well in tune….however…it was assembled incredibly poorly. Screws are bent at all angles, stripped, or not uniformly fastened. This means the notes can’t resonate. They sound dampened or like metal on metal. If a note won’t ring, it’s not a playable instrument. And I’m handy, but because the fasteners and holes are stripped there’s no modification you can really do to fix it. I believe it’s poor assembly and not shipping damage.

I am super disappointed with this glockenspiel quality. It doesn’t make a clear sound but it’s like buzzing or echoing. Super annoying.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. It was easy to put together and sounds pretty good. However, I can only give one star after the receiver of the gift, using the instructions, realized the practice drum was missing. I told them it wouldn't be a problem as I was sure Vevor customer care would just send the piece. I have contacted them more than three times now but they play stupid and just keep repeating the fact that I received the package in October. I have explained multiple times that I DID receive the package but the drum is missing. Nevertheless they continue to repeat I received the package in October and completely ignore the fact that the drum was missing. I sent them a photo of the description online AND the instruction manual that BOTH show a practice drum is included. The disappointment the child suffers for an incomplete gift and NO CORRECTIVE ACTION is beyond embarrassing!
