Item arrived damaged, the and out of shape. This was the result of poor packaging and an overall low quality build. The stainless drum has a rim but no reinforcement in the middle. With the thin steel used it should have an additional reinforcement. The three legs are also very flimsy and certainly need to be screwed down not just to prevent it from moving around while spinning but also prevent the drum from flexing. The two viewing windows each operate seperate safety switches which is a nice feature. The cradle / cage is well constructed and should serve well. The updated version of the drum has the spout on the bottom instead of the side so there’s less waste, I’ve only seen that drum in the hand operated model. I am waiting for Vevor to send a replacement and will update accordingly

Le matériel n'est absolument pas prémuni contre la rouille. Nous n'avons jamais appliqué d'eau sur ces éléments. Produit acheté il y a 6 mois seulement ! Vevor ne veut pas faire marcher la garantie.

Used for 2 years with 1 hive, so not much use. Started this season Summer 2026 and 2 of the legs broke at the welds. I know the warranty is over but I contacted customer servive to see if I could buy 2 new legs or get a whole new set. 2 weeks go by and several non descriptive emails about how they are looking into it and finally an email saying "case closed" I never heard back and I dont have a machine that works properly. Customer service is horrible, up there with Comcast. I will never buy anything from this company again as the quality is poor if 2 welds break after 2 years of light use and they cannot even reply with a yes you can buy or a no, we cannot sell separate legs.

Pain in the butt to use unless you have perfect even frames. Frames are a tight fit ,new perfect frames easy but older frames a struggle. Not sure I know any beekeeper with perfect new frames. Does not spin fast enough to get all honey from frames even with endoing and running again. Maybe the manual one would be better . As a senior thought it would be easier but not really and not as good a job as our ancient manual So no I don't have a great review

Je fut surprise lors de la réception de cet extracteur. Il y a 2 choses qui étaient différentes, de celui acheté par mon ami et moi, le 28 avril 2023. 1er il n'y avait pas d`inverse et le robinet est trop haut donc l'écoulement ne se fait pas entièrement comme le premier. Nous avons dû le modifier. Il a très bien extrait. Pourquoi ces changements? merci à vous . Colette Benoît

Arrived badly dented and scratched. Packaging was poor for this type of product. I reached and agreement with Vevor and kept the extractor since I needed it right away. Quality was just ok. The feet that you screw to the floor are only tack welded to the legs. One broke off while assembling! Fortunately I was able to properly weld it back on as well as reinforce the others. Cover is made of thin plexiglass, I doubt it will hold up long term. With all that said it performed well, motor is strong. For the price its a good deal.

I bought the electric thinking it would be easier than the manual. I am a 72 year old lady. I couldn't get to half the speed when it started bouncing and rattling all over the floor. I couldn't hold it a higher speed. As a result, I couldn't harvest all the honey. I had to abandon it and do it the hard way-manually scrape the frames with a knife then strain it twice through muslin. Took me 3 days. Now I am having trouble placing the motor back on the frame carrier spindle and lining up the motor to screw it back on. Very disappointed with the overall performance. I won't be using it again. A wasted purchase.

Only gave 2 stars, as the first time using the extractor, a piece of red plastic broke the shaft spinner and the machine moter over heated and stopped working yesterday. 3 weeks after purchase. It continues to over heat even after letting it cool down. Very disappointing, I'll be contacting customer support. Update, 07/10/2026 Extractor machine not used for 2 years, due to drought conditions, no honey available, and put in new red gasket. Supplied by Vevor in 2024, it started to shred within 5 minutes of spinner at 30%. Extractor mounted and bolted on level timber pallet for stability. Tried machine on dial 40%, and it came off axis and sent red gasket down into the honey at bottom of machine. Motor over heated and shut down, tried for 2 hours to get 4 frames extracted, still couldn't finish it. Posted on our local beekeeping FB group, others have encountered same problem as I have, with the gasket. Disappointing, as I have a few frames to extract.
