The one I received did hold 400 lbs briefly. Wheels are very small. Each wheel is attached by 1 bolt on 1 corner. 2 corners held by plastic slot. 1 corner unsupported, moderate load lifts the corner. Excessive load on 1 end of plastic slot due to lack of second bolt. No way to add missing bolt without protruding topside as mold has no recess or backing. If one intended this to fail early the design would accomplish that goal. I will have to limit these to lighter loads on very smooth surfaces to ensure against failure.

The product looks good. However, it is not moving well on carpets and it broken easily.

Brakes unlock when washing machine is in use, rolls away.

appears to be design issue. Lock does not hold in place and unlocks itself with Washing machine rolling outside itself while in operation.

this will work nicely for appliances that don't require product extension. i had to extend it to it's max for fridge and it is too weak when not fully closed. the rails bowed in the middle
