1 PC PVC + Stainless Steel
I Bought this to use under my portable washer to move it from my closet to my bathroom. Im so glad I did. Its a wonderful piece of equipment because it rolls easily, the wheels lock and unlock easily and it has feet that are easily adjusted for greater stability. Its adjustable so it fits my washer size exactly, its also well made and definitely not going to fall apart anytime soon. Good buy!! Im pleased.

P Batts Perfect.
2 PCS Wood
Bought these after returning another product that would not roll on carpeting. The bigger wheels on these actually roll on deep pile carpet. Very happy with this purchase.
