Beetje te lang besteld, werkte wel goed maar de slaglengte was te groot.

Two pack. One was missing power cord, so not usable. Immediately contacted VEVOR and asked them to send a power cord. A couple of anonymous (machine generated?) generic replies. After repeated emails requesting the missing cord, was informed that the 'ticket' had been closed as 'solved.' Can't use only one - need the pair. Completely useless waste of time & money. ZERO customer support. ERO

Not as described, the advertisement states that it a 12v system. This is a 120v ac kit. I will be returning the kit

Well this is just my opinion. They are noisy and abit shaky but don't get me wrong you need to put a guide or support on other careful otherwise they function as intended

Good value but extremely slow!! It takes exactly 1 minute and 47 seconds to fully extend using the supplied transformer

Pros Product is solid and very tall. Remote is useful 240V is not ideal but can be 12V if required through ditching the 240V transformer. Cons Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, this thing is slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Paint dries faster than this thing does. You don'realise how slow 9mm/s is until you have to watch it first-hand. During the 2 tests I did, it only triggered one actuator to rise at a time when pressing the remote up or down. I honestly thought there had to be 2 remotes. The other didn't move at all and when i swapped the cables over, it was the same result. The real bug bear for me is the cables between the actuator motors and the remote receiver unit is around 1m apart when stretched. Seriously? Who has 2 things that need linear actuators to push or pull them that are also that close together. Support is useless. It's got to be Chinglish Call centres (grammmar is a dead giveaway) or AI bots. I honestly get the impression they just drag out a support request by feigning ignorance and incompetence, when more than likely they are just 'doing dumb' to the point where you just give up and close the request out of pure frustration. Summary I've bought a few things off VEVOR and honestly, each time they are mostly junk and well overpriced for the quality. But this latest support schamozzle means VEVOR is now blacklisted from future purchases.

Werkt heel goed Gaat alleen heel langzaam en maakt best wel veel geluid. Ik dacht dat ik het voor twee verschillende dingen kon gebruiken, maar ze hebben naar een controler, jammer. Bij navraag kreeg ik een computer gegenereerd antwoord dat ze de controlers niet lis verkochte, jammer. Maar bij alie kan he ze makkelijk vinden

Kein Service/ Support Bewertet in Deutschland am 7. Oktober 2024 Bestellung und Lieferung: Sehr schnelle Lieferung über die VEVOR-Homepage, keinerlei Beanstandungen. Installation: Einfach und problemlos durchführbar (Plug and Play). Funktionalität: Die Antriebe funktionieren gut, laufen allerdings nicht synchron. Für meinen Anwendungsfall, das Öffnen einer Bodenklappe im Außenbereich (ca. 50 kg), reicht das jedoch aus. Verarbeitung: In den Endlagen wirken die Antriebe etwas fragil, was für die langfristige Nutzung möglicherweise ein Problem sein könnte. Lieferumfang: Leider wird nur eine Fernbedienung mitgeliefert, was unpraktisch ist. Support: Meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice war enttäuschend. Nachdem ich den Support wegen einer zusätzlichen Fernbedienung kontaktiert hatte, erhielt ich innerhalb von Sekunden eine automatische Antwort mit der Aufforderung, mein Anliegen genauer zu schildern. Das schien mir unverständlich, da meine Anfrage klar war. Nach einer Woche wurde das Ticket ohne Bearbeitung gelöscht. Insgesamt war der Support daher für mich unbrauchbar. Langzeiterfahrungen: Langzeiterfahrungen fehlen bisher, aber die Antriebe öffnen und schließen meine Bodenklappe bisher gut.

The instructions are terrible. I have never been more frustrated with attempting to get the 2 linear actuators to operate properly has been a nightmare. I will try a bit more to get them operational but otherwise I will throw out and never again look to vector for anything. I’m so mad!

Son una basura, no levantan nada, se doblan de mirarlos, no compréis esto es basura de verdad, los he montado se han doblado con 50 kilos de peso y a la basura directamente, no me molestó ni en reclamar.
