How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

This works, but takes the full 60 minutes to get the towel very warm.

Oliver N. Not amazing

This tower warmer is OK. It warms up your tower about five seconds once you get it out, but it is nice to hear your closing whenever you take a bath. It looks really good, especially whenever to put it in, but I would not recommend it unless you need it.
