This griddle really impressed me with its sturdy build and surprisingly high-quality construction. The thick walls held up perfectly under heat—no warping or deforming at all. It’s easy to clean, and the handles are solid and comfortable to grip. My only gripe is the grease collection system—it works, but it could definitely be improved since food can easily fall in the grease tray. A small hole with a container might be better Overall, a great piece of cookware with just one small drawback.

Great Little Hot Plate – Perfect for Camping! This Vevor stainless steel flat top griddle is a fantastic little addition to my camping setup. It spreads heat evenly across most of the surface, though there are some hotter spots directly over the burners — nothing that causes any real issues, though. I use it on my Coleman two-burner stove, and it fits really well. One of my favorite features is the fat collection well at the front — super convenient and keeps the cooking area cleaner. Cleanup is a breeze. While the plate’s still hot, I just splash a bit of water on and scrape it down with the two small spatulas that came with it. Couldn’t be easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid, easy-to-use griddle for outdoor cooking!

For disclosure my griddle usage previously was a ceramic coated electric griddle. This is much different using on stove. Gets hot spots under burners leading to uneven heating. Likely would be better served on a grill where heating can be more even.
