It is impossible for me to review this product since I never received it. I did order it and a shipping label was created, but it never was shipped to me. I got a full refund and ordered a different item from a different vendor.

Wrong color
I think it’s a nice flagpole, not going to use it wanted silver, thought I ordered silver because that’s what I selected but some how it changed to black so I’m stuck with it…. They will not exchange it unless I pay shipping which is more than the pole itself. Recommend double triple checking your order after processing payment… my color change had to have happened in the process between PayPal and vevor Cheers hoping all best shopping experience for you

i will never buy from vevor the custmer service is a joke i got no help from anyone with my flag pole cannot talk to any by phone vevor does not care if about you and your problem do not buy from vevor you will never get any help it is a rip off i sent pictures i sent in every thing vevor asked for still got no help

Put flagpole up end of October had trouble with second and third section tightening all other sections had no problem yesterday pole came out between second and third crashed to the ground ball on top broke into pieces pole bent and will not go back into where second and third sections came apart not a very good product unless it was defective from beginning

You charged my card and I never heard from you again. I never received my order and MasterCard is still waiting for you to respond to their dispute of the charge after a month. Every single order I have made with you has had some issue. That you are still in business is amazing. This is not the kind of service that is acceptable in America.
